2015 Estate Rose of Pinot Noir
Our 2015 Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir is a classic dry rosé made 100% from estate pinot noir grapes. We hang more fruit on these vines to retain acidity and ensure the wine is crisp, vibrant and refreshing. The grapes were hand harvested and de-stemmed, and we soaked the juice on the skins for five hours before pressing. The extended slow, cool fermentation preserved lively fruit flavors and delicate floral aromas. Our rosé exhibits flavors of pink lady apple, hints of watermelon and balanced minerality.

2014 Hyland Pinot Noir
Nestled in the foothills of the Oregon Coast Range, in the McMinnville AVA, the historic Hyland Vineyard has continually produced some of the best quality fruit in Oregon. Our relationship with this well-respected grower goes back several decades and we are excited and proud to produce a limited-production pinot noir sourced 100% from Hyland Vineyard.
100% barrel-aged in French oak for 10 months. This elegant, balanced wine exudes flavors of ripe raspberry, fresh fig, brown sugar and hints of spice.
2012 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
In this 2012 fruit-forward vintage, we wanted our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir to capture those fruit characteristcs but still have the structure. We attained the structure through extended maceration and our style of 16 months barrel aging. Our 2012 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir is a ready to drink out the gate. With a lower percentage of new oak, our intent is to emphasize the presence of fruit. Expressive and bright, this wine showcases dark fruit flavors of cherry and blueberry with earthy and spicy characteristics that are reflective of our Jory soil.

2012 Estate White Riesling
These grapes were not de-stemmed but pressed as whole clusters and given a slow, cool stainless steel tank fermentation lasting about 3-4 weeks. This wine was not blended with any other components. It is pure representation of White Riesling grape grown on our Estate. This block of grapes do not achieve perfect ripeness every year and we enjoy capturing it for a single bottling in the years it is possible, such as 2012. The wine was bottled in February 2013.
This wine is showing some development and complexity – mineral, stony, earth, citrus, and spice aromas, with flavors of apricot, lilies, lychee and key lime pie. The mouthfeel is crisp, dry, and refreshing, but also rich, concentrated, and creamy, with a long, lush finish.
2011 Vintage Pinot Gris
These grapes were not de-stemmed or crushed, but pressed as whole clusters and given a slow, cool stainless steel tank fermentation lasting about two weeks. This was followed by an extended period of lees contact prior to blending and bottling in February of 2012.
This wine is showing some development and complexity – mineral, stony, earth, citrus, and spice aromas, with flavors of apricot, apple, and fig. The mouthfeel is crisp, dry, and refreshing, but also rich, concentrated, and creamy, with a long, lush finish. Our Pinot Gris has exceptional long-term aging potential and should, if properly cellared, continue to evolve and develop beautifully over the next five to ten years.
2014 Dundee White Riesling
This special dessert wine is crafted with the style of classic German ice wines in mind. Since Oregon does not reach the constant freezing temperatures necessary to freeze the grapes on the vines, we emulate the process by picking the grapes as whole clusters, gently putting them in quarter-ton bins and freezing those bins in a large commercial freezer for about a month. The warm dry weather during harvest of 2014 allowed for the grapes to have extra hang time on the vine for maximum flavor development without any disease pressure, a rarity here in the valley.
Light gold in color, the 2014 White Riesling Dessert Wine is silky with balanced acidity. With a bright nose, notes of apricot and jasmine come through. The flavors express characteristics of white peach or nectarine and honeysuckle.
