We are serious about safety because we care about our team, visitors and guests and want everyone to go home in the same or better condition than when they arrived. As a lifeguard, you play a critical role in safety, accident prevention and rescue response.
Safety around our pools can be impacted by the following:
Our Lifeguards must demonstrate at any time that their ability has remained at an appropriate standard and that they have stayed up to date with any changes to policies or procedures. The following training package has been created to give you important skills so that you can provide quality supervision to the aquatic areas you are assigned to safeguard during a lifeguard shift. This training is aligned to the current Royal Life Saving Society of Australia Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO)
