Unless you intend to bait exactly as you did last year, a map for each listed property MUST be attached to your application. If you plan to lay baits in the same locations as last year and place warning signs in the same locations used previously, you need not submit a map.
If you are changing your baiting programme, please attach the best map of each property, and ensure that each has been marked with the required features listed below. To prepare maps the following symbols are to be used and any dwelling or Community Living Area (CLA) that is not on the property, but within 3 km of a baiting site, must be shown.

The Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries (DPIF) respects the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Northern Territory Information Act. The Act establishes 10 Information Privacy Principles to govern the collection, use, storage and management of personal information by NT Government Agencies.
1080 warning signs can be purchased from DPIF by completing the payment details at section I. It is not compulsory to purchase signs from DPIF but it is recommended as an alternative to making your own or having them made up for you. The coreflute signs are A3 in size and meet the minimum signage requirements as specified in the Direction for use of 1080 for Wild Dog Control.
Minimum purchase is a pack of 5 signs for $30 which includes postage. Please note payment must be received before the signs will be posted to you. If you want more than the initial 5, additional warning signs can be purchased at a cost of $5.00 (GST included) each.
Payment of the permit fee of $100 and for any warning signs can be undertaken by completing the payment details below. If you pay by cheque, please make this out to the Receiver of Territory Monies (RTM) and send to the Chemicals Services Branch.
