Please note that it is not possible to save an application and return later, therefore you are advised to read through this form initially and ensure you have the relevant information to hand before starting your application. You will not be able to view your application after you have submitted it. It is strongly advised that you save copies of your statement(s) (for section E) locally on your computer, before transferring to the scholarship form, in case of technical difficulties.
The submission deadline for your application (and reference) is 12 noon (UK time) on Wednesday 15 February 2017.
Only one scholarship form should be submitted per candidate, even if you use this form to apply for more than one scholarship.
Your referee will be contacted automatically by email using the email address you provide in this form - please check their email address is correct before you submit your application, as we will not be notified of any undelivered notifications. Your referee will be asked to submit a reference as soon as you submit your application, therefore please ensure you seek their approval to be nominated as a referee in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your referee submits their reference by the deadline.

Please give details of funding that you are intending to use for your University fees (tuition and college), and your living costs. State the values in £GBP and select the status of the funding. You should only include currency values in the table ('to be confirmed' is not accepted). Please note:

Additional statement for Reach Oxford Scholarship
In order to demonstrate how you meet the selection criteria of financial need and academic merit, please answer the following three questions:
1. Financial Need: Why are you applying for this scholarship and how will it enable you to study at Oxford? Please include information about your financial situation with reference to figures provided in section D above.
2. Social Commitment: How would you use the education you receive at Oxford for the benefit of your community? Please include details of any relevant activities you are currently involved in.
3. Educational Opportunities: What educational opportunities are available in your own country to study your chosen subject at undergraduate level?
(Maximum of 500 words in total)
Please give the name of one person with direct knowledge of your academic work (eg a former or current teacher) who is not related to you, and who you have asked to complete a reference form in support of your application.
Once you submit this application, your referee will be contacted automatically by email using the email address you provide in this form. They will be asked to submit a reference as soon as you submit your application; you will be copied into this request. Please ensure you seek your referee's approval to be nominated as a referee in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your referee submits their reference by email or post by 12 noon (UK time) on Wednesday 15 February 2017.
The reference must be sent from a professional/institutional email address, or on institutional or professional letter-headed paper. The Student Fees and Funding team cannot contact a referee on your behalf or follow up on a missing reference.
